“Hoi Sum Lucky Lane” Carnival, sponsored by DC Foundation, was held at Central Harbourfront Event Space on July 1, 2017 to celebrate Hong Kong’s return to the Motherland. This event allowed the public to relive old feelings and appreciate Hong Kong’s achievements in these years.

DC Foundation sponsored Chi Heng Foundation to help the children affected by AIDS in Central China, and assisted Chi Heng Foundation in its jobs in China including AIDS prevention for the vulnerable groups and taking care of AIDS patients and their children.
