On May 27, 2019, DC Foundation and Centum Charitas Foundation jointly led 28 teachers and students from Yuen Long Public High School on a visit to Zunyi Anti-Japanese veterans in Guizhou to learn about their lives and living conditions. The veterans told the students about what they had seen and heard during the war, and their various life experiences and stories when they were soldiers. The classmates also learned about the difficulties the veterans faced in their lives. At the end of the visit, the classmates personally presented gifts to the veterans to show their concern and bring warmth into their lives.

DC Foundation cooperate with the WZQ to provide assistance to the needy villagers and contribute the sustainable development of villages, as well as to provide opportunities to Hong Kong young students to experience the rural cultural life in the mainland.

DC Foundation sponsor the event of「Hong Kong - Guangzhou: Cultural Exchange Group」 between Hong Kong and Guangzhou, and aim to provide platforms to facilitate culture co-operation between Hong Kong and China.

DC Foundation sponsored Hong Kong Heifer to lead grassroots farmers' livestock breeding programs to improve their livelihoods, provide training to enhance their ability, build mutual aid groups to unite communities and promote industrial development to increase income, continue poverty alleviation, and enable farmers to enjoy greater economic gains.
