The "BeANGEL Action to Welcome the Golden Autumn", co-organised by the DC Foundation, the Centum Charitas Foundation, the Yau Tsim Mong Federation of the Association and the Yau Tsim Mong District Committee and Kowloon Federation of Associations, was held at Henry G. Leong Yaumatei Community Centre on September 12, 2023. More than 180 old friends attended the event. In addition to handing out lucky bags, the organisers also invited Dr. Chan Ching-ning, a member of the Yau Tsim Mong District Youth Development and Civic Education Committee, to coordinate four medical teams: dental, ophthalmology, a Chinese medicine chiropractor team, and a Western medicine team. These teams conducted physical examinations for the elderly, enabling them to learn about their physical condition, and provide early prevention and treatment.

In addition to physical examinations and the distribution of lucky bags, Sergeant Lo of the Police Force's Yau Tsim Crime Prevention Team, also explained anti-fraud cases in detail to the elderly, so that they can be more vigilant and act as a wise friend. The day's activities were lively and brought the warmth of golden autumn to the elderly.
